It is true that among contemporary Telugu heroes NTR is a immensely talented but luck relentlessly hard at his career. Even director Puri Jagannath has same fate since a long time. Now things went little different. Jinx has been broken, this is sure. Temper does not have a great script but Puri showcased NTR in a different pack. He understood what his fans wants to see and he has given that in a pretty new pack.

Perfect punchlines from NTR with Puri mark and amazing and outstanding dances, cool locations, refreshing beauty Kajal worked well with this movie.Quite often NTR dialouges sound over the board, some irritatingly loud. Prakash Raj says, "Moodu pellilu chesukunna.. nenu trend setter ni.." We do't need to explain this whom Puri targeted. Minister:"Rey daya, nenu vasthe car door tiyyalani teleedha?" NTR:"Mundu maryadhivvu lekunte nuvvu paikeldaniki kooda door terustha" and "Ammayini choodagane ventane rape chesestam.... Ade rape chesina ventane uri teeyagalaraa... Meeku aa dammundaa...Well these punches enough to get claps.

If we get into story Daya (NTR) is a careerist cop, an orphan with a perverted ideology of his own. He is posted in Vizag ('State marchesaru', he says to Raghu Babu in Hyderabad) at the behest of a Minister (played by JP), who in turn patronises Valther Vasu (Prakash Raj), a habitual offender, land grabber and more. What would have taken more time for the film to seem settling to the Telugu audience happens in a jiffy, given we have seen the likes of Nara Rohith and Kalyan Ram in recent weeks/months.
Doing the bidding of Valther Vasu, Daya gets his cut regularly and his depraved ways have his constable (Posani Krishna Murali in a non-routine role) shocked and ashamed. Meanwhile, the unabashed Daya goes about wooing Shanvi (Kajal Agarwal), a pet cross member with a special liking for animals.

The game-changing moment comes when Shanvi gets misidentified as the lady whom Valther Vasu wants dead. When Vasu's goons attack her, she is shell-shocked and after knowing the truth, a concerned Shanvi urges Daya to use his police power to save the girl Vasu wants to kill. Will Daya manage to find out the truth and punish the culprits ? That forms the rest of the story.

It is a bad trend in Tollywood..If something clicks everyone follows it.I really have no idea why everyone is doing cop roles. As fa as this film is concerned it is very predictable plot, every scene we feel like we saw several times. what works well here is visualization.Shyam K. Naidu cinematography is a good oxygen,Anup Rubens numbers are already chart busters. Manisharma backgorund score is amazing.

Performances are concerned NTR is magnificent and almost ever best. Posani's performance is specially worth watching. Prakash Raj dance skills we can notice. Kajal looks so young and pretty hot.

There are so many flaws in this flick. Second half drags a bit too much. Bad comedy track of Ali and Sapthagiri. Climax court scene and hard hitting NTR emotional dialouges do wonders for this flick and specially his fans.

Keep aside all the negative points, this will give a super relief to NTR fans, at last he got a good hit. Not only his fans it is a good news to Tollywood industry. Since there is no big release in recent time Temper will sure rock at box-office. Go and enjoy.

Verdict : ***1/2
